Annual Tuition 

$3,875 per student 

Annual Fees 

● $80 application fee- non refundable: this secures your child’s spot and covers costs related to HLS licensing 

● $500 deposit: this goes directly toward the total tuition for the year 

Additional Costs 

Families should budget for: 

● Curriculum and student books 

● Uniforms 

● Personal school supplies 

● Optional field trips and special events 

Family Tuition Benefits 

Because we believe parents are the primary educators of their children and desire to support families educating multiple students, Highlands Latin Cottage School offers the following Family Tuition Benefits: 

Founding Family Legacy Benefit 

The first five families to complete enrollment will receive Founding Family status and a permanently grandfathered 50% Family Tuition Benefit for all enrolled siblings beyond the first child, provided continuous enrollment is maintained and the school remains in operation. 

Family Tuition Benefit 

All other enrolled families receive a 25% Family Tuition Benefit for each enrolled sibling beyond the first child. 

Family Tuition Benefits apply to tuition only and do not apply to application fees, enrollment deposits, curriculum purchases, uniforms, or other school-related expenses.

We believe in the specific benefits of wearing uniforms. Uniforms foster academic focus and a feeling of dignity that unifies students and supports our school culture. Neatness in outer dress and appearance reflects inner focus and discipline. Uniform requirements vary by age.

Highlands Latin Cottage School uses the Memoria Press Classical Core Curriculum. 

Parents are responsible for purchasing all required student textbooks, workbooks, and literature books directly from Memoria Press. 

A complete grade-level book list will be provided upon enrollment. Families own their curriculum and use it both at school and at home.
